Are giving 1 lucky BLAZE Listener a chance at the “BIG BLAZE DASH”

Starting Monday April 23^rd through Friday May 25th  2012 , MIKE & THE BLAZE MORNING SHOW will qualify 1 listener per day (Monday thru Friday)  for the Grand Prize “BIG BLAZE DASH  for a period of 4 Weeks by playing Brain Buster Trivia.   The First Listener with the Correct Answer each day will win a $20 (twenty Dollar) Gift Card at Grocery Outlet-Paradise and Qualify for the Grand Prize Dash. One Qualifier per household.

All Qualifiers will be invited to the BIG BLAZE DASH on Saturday May 26th at 9am at GROCERY OUTLET-PARADISE (6026 Clark Road)  1 Grand Prize winner will be drawn from all qualifiers registered at Grocery outlet day of Grand Prize event on Sat May 26th 2010      

Grand Prize Winner will then be given 103.5 seconds to DASH through Grocery Outlet with 1 shopping cart to collect as many Food items as possible.    Winner will be allowed to fill more than one cart if time allows. 

Certain Items will be excluded from The BIG BLAZE DASH…they include General Merchandise items,

Dairy,   Alcohol, Health or Beauty items, Pharmacy,and Winner can pick only 1 of each meat item (ex: 1 ham, 1 chicken, 1 beef etc)

Total of Grand Prize Not to exceed $500 (five hundred dollars)

Blaze Christmas Bonus Rules

Must be at least 21 years of age for the Blaze Christmas Bonus . Employees and their immediate family members of Deer Creek Broadcasting and participating sponsors are not eligible. One prize per person per household . Only 1 entry per household for entry for Blaze Christmas Bonus.  Winners will be chosen at the end of the work week from the list of all eligible qualifiers during the Blaze Morning Show.  All qualifications will be done via phone during the Blaze Morning Show.  Attempting to qualify for another person is not allowed.  All prize certificates must be claimed in person at the KHSL studios during regular business hours(2654 Cramer Lane Chico Ca). An appointment may be necessary. 

All qualifiers for Blaze Christmas Bonus will also be awarded a gift certificate to Diamond W Western Wear, 181 East 2nd Street in Chico.  Gift Certificates must be redeemed at Diamond W by the expiration date.  One Gift Certificate per household only.  
 

The Blaze Christmas Bonus is $103.50 Cash or Check.  One Christmas Bonus will be awarded per week, starting on Friday, Dec. 4, 2011 and ending on Friday, Dec. 18, 2011.

Winners may be required to provide a legal driver's license or California state issued identification card and offer written signature as evidence prize has been claimed.

Winners will be notified by phone.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of conclusion of contest or prize will be forfeited. 

All winners give KHSL permission to air his/her voice response on-air and shall allow his/her likeness to be published for marketing purposes. 

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.

Winner shall hold harmless KHSL and Deer Creek Broadcasting and it's employees, agents and advertisers, including all contest sponsors, from any damages suffered while participating in this contest by the official winners. 

Some prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the offical winners. KHSL reserves the right to substitute prizes with other similar prizes of approximate same value. All contest decisions are made by staff and management of KHSL and are final. Should a selected winner not meet eligibility criteria or not be able to use the prize during the designated time period, that person shall automatically forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
